CITY SLICKERS RULES FOR ENTERING WYOMING

  1. Pull up your sagging pants. You look like an idiot.
  2. Let’s get this straight, it’s called a “gravel road.” ” I drive a pickup because I want to. No matter how slow you drive, you’ll have dust on your Lexus. Drive or get out of the way.
  3. They’re cattle and feedlots. That’s what they smell like to you. They smell like money to us. Get over it. Don’t like it? I-25 goes north and south, pick one.
  4. So you have a $60,000 car. We’re impressed. We have $200,000 combos that only get driven 3 weeks a year.
  5. So every person in every wave of pickups. It’s called being friendly. Try to get the hang of it.
  6. If that cell phone rings while a deer is coming in, we’ll shoot it out of your hand. You better hope you’re not up to your ears with it at that moment
  7. Bring “coke” into my house, it better be brown, wet, and served on ice. Bring “Mary Jane” into my house, she better be cute, can shoot, drive a truck, and have long hair.
Okay, time to confess. Before I posted this, because of my old lifestyle, I called our son and asked what a “Mary Jane” was. I am SO scared of unknowingly posting something dirty or offensive! For any of you “so green you could plant ’em” senior citizens….it is marijuana.
